Support Workers

Our Support Workers are one of the most qualified and vetted personnel in the industry. We carefully select them and pay them above award rates. We take care of training and vetting of support workers. They’ve all been checked and verified for your peace of mind. On top of this we have our insurance to cover you.

Unlike our competition, our support workers have a real job with us. Our Support Workers are paid above award rates and we have a very high retention rates of our workers. This is to ensure our clients are provided with the same great service they expect from us.

Our Support workers go through a very thorough vetting process and are required to have skills that are paramount to this industry. A Certificate in disability from a reputed RTO along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry is a must to begin with. It then follows with consistent on-the-job training and internal trainings.
