What we offer :
We support independence and choice with a variety of accommodation and living options that will enable you to live life well. We offer a range of Supported Independent Living options (SIL) across the Greater Sydney Melbourne and Tasmania region. Our SIL homes are mostly 1:1 and have been modified to Robust standards so are best suited for clients who need positive behavior support.
Every home is staffed 24/7 and has access to a range of specialist supports including; health, clinical and positive behavior support and our service teams are highly skilled and experienced and ensure residents live in a safe and happy home environment.
All properties provide residents with a comfortable and independent space and our team can support you with day-to-day tasks such as :
Cleaning and laundry
Personal Care such as showering and dressing
Nutrition and cooking
Social networks and pursuing interests
Who can Live in our SIL houses
Anybody aged between the ages of 18 and 65, who receives NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding can access our accommodation services.
Some of our homes may require participants to receive Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding as well as SIL funding and places are subject to availability. If we have availability you can view them in our vacancy page.
Our SIL homes are mostly 1:1 and have been modified to Robust standards so are best suited for clients who need positive behavior support.
However we may be able to support you even if you dont have 1:1 funding by trying to find the best suited co-resident based on your needs. When you are ready, just let us know that you’re looking for a new home and we will do our due diligence on to ensure you and your fellow housemates are well-suited and likely to enjoy each other’s company.
